Our Staff Will Book Your Guest Accommodations As Soon as You Register for the Conference
We will reserve your room at the Stone Mountain Inn the moment you register for the conference. Once your travel itinerary is set (including flight information if applicable) we ask that you provide us with your travel itinerary using our online form.
Note: We will assign guest rooms based on the date of your registration (see the note above).
Note: We booked all rooms at both Marriott hotels within Stone Mountain Park. As a result you will not be able to reserve your room through the Marriott reservation center or through travel websites.
There are rooms currently available within Stone Mountain Park - at the Marriott Stone Mountain Inn.
Space within Stone Mountain Park is limited. Once the Stone Mountain Inn is fully booked we will begin using overflow hotels outside the park (with complimentary shuttle service).
For our guests staying at the Marriott Stone Mountain Inn and other overflow hotels we will provide:

On demand shuttle service (2-5 minute ride) from 6:00am to 10:00pm daily.

Two hospitality suites within the guest area of the conference center for use as a relaxation lounge.

Small meeting rooms within the conference center as onsite, private workspace options - with free broadband Internet.

Discounted room rates of $99/night
Location and Venue Information
We will host this year's conference at the Evergreen Marriott Resort and Spa - inside historic Stone Mountain Park (within the Greater Atlanta Area). The resort offers a 36 hole championship golf course, a nature hike and a luxurious spa.
The larger Stone Mountain Park offers a wide range of additional activities for you and your family to enjoy around your conference experience.
